Simon is in private alpha. This page is a placeholder; a full privacy policy will land before public availability. The short version below is what Simon actually does in the meantime.
What Simon collects
- The email you submit to the waitlist or use to sign in.
- The questions you ask Simon and the answers Simon produces.
- Operational telemetry — latency, token counts, error rates — used to keep the system running and improve it.
What Simon does not do
- No marketing email. The waitlist email is used only to tell you when it’s your turn.
- No selling or sharing of your data with third parties.
- No training of foundation models on your conversations.
Subprocessors
Simon uses Google’s Gemini API to run the framework panel and synthesis calls. Your questions transit Google’s API; Google’s terms govern that transit.
